Individual Orders
-Ordering by email or phone is preferable. Please include a product #, phone number, and shipping address.
-Once your order is confirmed, we will call you for credit card information.
-All individual orders must be secured with a credit card. All major credit cards accepted.
-Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, Speedy Delivery (mid west only), Fed Ex. Which ever is least costly.
-Products in stock ship within 1-2 days. Delivery of non-stock products other than hand tooled is approx 4 weeks.
Club & Organization Trophy Orders
-With our 40 years of experience, we can develop a trophy package to fit any budget.
-All of our products are suitable for trophy use.
-Discounts are available based on volume.
-4 to 6 weeks lead time on trophy orders. 4 weeks in mid west, 6 weeks on the coasts. Rush orders may lose their discount.
